How to Root BlueStacks 4/3/3N on Windows Easily[Activate BlueStacks Premium Free]

The most popular Android Emulator is undoubtedly Bluestacks. It was among some of the first and fully functional Android Emulators. Today we are going to see How to root BlueStacks 4 and also How to root BlueStacks 3.  Rooting can give you additional functionalities and allows you to install some cool applications which requires root permissions to work.

There are some Online Android Emulators that you can try, but they will not be as powerful or easy to use when compare to offline Android Emulators. BlueStacks is an Offline Android Emulator, which means that it doesn’t require Internet connection for the apps to run. You need to have a working Internet connection if you need to install applications from the Play Store or to browse the web.

Google Play Store is pre installed in BlueStacks which is really great. This means that we can easily and safely download applications to our Emulator installed on our computer. You can also easily install apk files in BlueStacks. You can also play intensive games like Asphalt or PUBG Mobile or CSR Racing 2 etc without any issues on BlueStacks.

The tool we need to root Bluestacks is called BlueStacks Tweaker. You need to download the tool to get started. The links to download BlueStacks Tweaker is given below along with its XDA post links. BlueStacks Tweaker is a really powerful tool which can be used to tweak your Bluestacks in a lot of ways. There are options to configure the Bluestacks installation and also boost the performance of the engine.

How to Root BlueStacks 3/3N

BlueStacks 3 and 3N is the current stable version we have. BlueStacks 3N runs on Android Nougat (7.1) while the normal BlueStacks 3 runs on Android Kitkat(4.4). You definitely get more performance on the 3N compared to the older Kitkat version. But if your system is having less resources, I wouldn’t recommend installing the 3N version. But it doesn’t hurt to try.

System requirements for BlueStacks 3N

  • OS: Windows 7 and above.
  • Processor: Intel or AMD Processor.
  • RAM: Your PC must have at least 2GB of RAM. (Note that having 2GB or more disk space is not a substitute for RAM)
  • HDD: 4GB Free Disk Space

Step to Root BlueStacks 3/3N

Step 1: First of all, open BlueStacks Tweaker.

Step 2: Click on the Full Stop BS button to completely stop BlueStacks and all its services.

Step 3: Once BlueStacks and ADB status is red, go to Helpers tab and then Click on Unlock under the Root for BlueStacks section. You can see the status as “Unlock:True” at the bottom.

Step 4: Once the unlocking is completed, Start BlueStacks by Clicking the Start BS Button from Main tab. Wait for it to load completely. Once it gets loaded, Click on Patch button. You will be able to see that patching is finished and a status messages shows “RootPatch:True” at the bottom.

Step 5: Click on the Install SuperSu button. This will install the SuperSu app in BlueStacks. SuperSu is the application that is used to manage the root privileges.

Step 6: Check BlueStacks and open the SuperSu application. You will get a prompt to Install Su Binary. Click on Continue and Select Normal. After Installation is completed, click on Ok.

Step 7: Optionally install a Root Checker application from Google Play Store and then you can verify the Root Access.

BlueStacks 4 is still in beta, but its way more powerful than the previous and most widely used BlueStacks 3 and have crushed a lot of bugs which it previously had. In terms of the resource usage, BlueStacks 4 needs more juice to perform well. Bluestack 4 Root can help you run apps which requires root and do even more cool things.

  • RAM: 4 GB RAM

Step 1: Open BlueStacks Tweaker.

Step 2: Click on the Full Stop BS button to completely stop BlueStacks and all its services.

You can also find pre  rooted BlueStacks Offline downloaders online, but now that we have a very simple and easy method to Root BlueStacks Official, it is recommended to download the Official BlueStacks and then root it later. There are chances that some of the pre rooted BlueStacks installers might contain malicious code or malwares which can be harmful to your computer. Often our phones also comes with preinstalled bloatwares, you can easily remove such unwanted applications without root.

Previously rooting BlueStacks was very tedious, which is the main reason people went for pre rooted BlueStacks so that they don’t have to go through all the pain of rooting it manually. Open BlueStacks Tweaker and Full Stop BS if BlueStacks is already running. Once you have stopped BlueStacks, go to Helpers tab in BSTweaker and click on Patch button corresponding to Premium option as seen in image above.

If you look closely, there is a star below the contact icon which means that premium is active.

BlueStacks 4 Premium

Once you have patched BlueStacks Premium, you can now see that there are no  more ads appearing in BlueStacks. You can easily change the wallpaper also. You can click on the Wallpaper option at the bottom right and browse for wallpapers.
